Went to the bookstore today with my sister and just after a few minutes of browsing, we managed to stumble upon one of the worst book titles I’ve ever seen. Couldn’t stop laughing.

It’s from the Maximum Ride series, which was really, really good. Admittedly I read them in middle school, but for that age group, it’s a great series. Don’t judge a book by it’s cover!
My name is Joseph Dante and I’m a writer from South Florida. I once wrote a collective creative writing project known as Letters for Burning (a project about characters writing unsent letters that were meant for the fire), but now I’m trying to get published elsewhere.
My main passions used to center around energy burnt for escape, but now I’m trying my hardest to find home in them instead: in the pages of books, the ink of written words, the dust of memories, the pixels of the internet. I’m a little, quiet, antisocial creature with a little, quiet desire for human empathy. I believe in revision and I believe in people being more creative. I fall in love with fictional characters who should be real people, and real people who should be fictional characters.
